Forced me to wait 6 months before processing a warranty claim

Calument, a great company, sold me a warranty by Mack Cameras for a new Nikon P7000. The camera turned out to have a faulty shutter. Mack Camera's warranty guaranteed prompt international service under warranty. The company made me jump through hoops in terms of request forms, price estimate forms, price approval forms, check request forms and after 6 months, 12 emails, 5 phonecalls, they still hadn't sent me a check.
