Never buy an HP

I tried to start my computer but had a message that read "immenant hard disk failure". I called tech support and he stated that I have been out of warranty for 20 days and would have to pay for the diagnoses. I spent the $50 dollars for him to tell me that I needed to spend another $300-$400 on a hard drive. Needless to say I am going to throw the computer in the garbage and buy anything but another HP.

This was my first and last HP computer and after my two HP printers go down, I will find a different brand of printer.
