First named fourteen days before to request an easy issue and so I might spot an order for mom's evening. I named 8002766286 and talked to Future in customer support. After requesting my concerns she explained she'd contact me back "from the closing of her business-day" she stated this really is by 4:00. I never got any call-back with no concept on my voicemail. I named 24 hours later and talked towards the same individual and he or she stated that she'd contact me back by 4:00 again which she'd to talk to another person to obtain the clear answer to my issue. I'd an easy issue and didn't realize why on the planet she'd have to ask another person. Again... Never got any callback. Named again 24 hours later she responded again. I informed her i never got a call-back from her and he or she stated that she was sorry and it has been really hectic and might obtain the response to my issue and guaranteed to contact me back from the end-of your day. NO CALLBACK! No answers to my emails! I've three items currently out of this location and also have tossed them away. Cheers for destroying moms day! I've delivered a lot of emails and named a lot of occasions and NOTHING! After I eventually requested to talk to a supervisor she explained he wasn't accessible and doesn't consider calls and that I would need to abandon a note and he'll contact me back. Just how many messages would you need to leave and why cant a person service representative solution client issues???
