Ameritrust Financial
Ameritrust financial i gave them my account info and they hung up the phone ripoff

I had received a call from Ameritrust Financial to my home and was told about a credit card offer. The man I spoke to told me to hold all of my questions untill the end or he would have to start all over. He then told me there would be a 200 dollar refundable fee deducted from my account.

Everytime I went to ask a question he would stop me a tell me to hold my questions till the end. After i gave him my account information we set up a day for the amount to be deducted. When that was done he told me to hold for a confirmation number.

An automated machine picked up and gave me a confirmation and a customer service number to call and then it just hung up on me. Not once was i even able to ask one question.

As soon as that happened i called the customer service number and i got an answering machine that told me the extension I was calling was not available, to leave a message and a represenative would call me back.

I continued to call for the next 2 weeks and never got a call back. Finally after 2 weeks of calling 5-10 times a day I was able to get ahold of someone. I told them that I wanted to cancell the whole thing because I did not want to give my business to people I could not even get in touch with.

I recieved a cancellation number and was assured that no money would come out of my account. Now my bank account has been dipped into and my account is all screwed up! I have been trying to get back in touch with them and once again they are not answering there phone. What right do these people have and what kind of business is this. Something has got to be done because they are fradulantly taking money and I want my money back!

If there is anyone who can help me I would really appriciate it.
