Every Fountain, failed in providing good customer service. They suppose to replace the damage parts that we received couple of weeks ago. But I called 3 times in 3 days regarding when they will send the replacement parts. They promise someone will call back, but no one returns a call. A simple question regarding the shipment date of the replacement part, why do I have to wait for an answer to a simple question.
