I have had problems with this company ever since I have been with them. I brought two phones with this company. While I broke one phone and want to use the other phone. I had use the other phone in the past and used in the same city. Well I couldn't use to phone until I got a new SIM Card. I had to wait until a new SIM card came in the mail, which was about 4 days. Then my phone internet stop working. Well they said they were going to send me a replacement phone. I had to wait until about for almost a week to get the new phone (sent it off Sunday and it arrive Friday). I used that phone for about a day and when it died I couldn't use the phone because it wouldn't charge.
