Representitive - Joker Straight Talk Representitive calls himself Joke

I got the straight talk pre paid cell phone in dec. I have had no problems until i started to travel to different states. I traveled to Ky to see my son, and the whole way here i had good service until i got to Ky and then i didn't have any service. I called straight talk to find out why and they informed me that I could not use my cell phone in any other state other then the state that i bought it in. But I had no problem with service until i got to Ky and i traveled through 3 different states. So I knew they where just trying to get me off the phone. After the first representative couldn't help or speak english i got transfered to another representative that couldn't speak english either. She couldn't help me either saying that i was a liar. So i got transfered to a guy that tells me that i will just have to use an alternative phone until i get back to the state that i live. I use this phone for traveling and emergencies. After being on the phone with 3 different people that couldn't speak english for 2 hours I was never the less upset. The last representive asked me how he could resolve the issue and I wanted my money for the 45 dollar card that I could not use and since they falsly advertised that there phones worked in all 50 states and that I wanted a phone that said what there advertisment states a phone that works in all 50 states. Not that much to ask for right?
Well he informed me that because I didn't have my reciept anymore that I could not get a credit for a free month of service or anything. These people pray on young kids and people with bad credit that can't get a cell phone plan. At the end of the conversation I asked the guy his name so when I reported them to usacomplaints.com and the BBB I could accuratly tell the guys name that I had spoke with. He says my name is Joker, and then spelled for me J-O-K-E-R. This phone company shouldn't be in buissness.
