Charged but received no product or replies

Bought a DVTPAL DVR from DigtialStar.com 9/23. After I requested the system there is no reference to the product being sold-out or I sure as HE— wouldn't have put the purchase. I asked concerning the delivery position of them on10/3 to that we obtained a contact declaring the system was because of maintain stock 10/15. Following a couple more months I began contacting the organization but received no reaction.in examining other electonic websites I mentioned the DVTPAL DVR had been offered just by Sears. I requested the system from Sears that was shipped in 3 times. I'd employed Paypal to buy the system from DigitalStar.com but since it was more than 45 times Paypal wouldn't aid. I approached the BBB in Illinois to no avail there both. I'd avoid the corporation!!!
