Not responding to emails and phone calls

AND SO I put an order with Delivery Styles at the start of December looking to get an order verification from their store soon after that. I to date have just obtained a verification from Paypal, they received my income. I've sent them 4 times to date and named once to discover when they got my purchase and also the projected period of start or conclusion for that product I requested. I'm not obtaining any reaction to some of my efforts to make contact with them. It's been per month today and after some study I discover this isn't the very first time it has occurred. Evidently another person has been waiting since May to get a product from their website. Umm 7 weeks to get a hand made product. Okay that is unfortunate. I'm likely to delay several more times to get a reaction then I'm likely to follow a reimbursement through them or through paypal. Thank heavens I atleast compensated through paypal therefore there's desire of having my cash back. But I'm extremely saddened in the considered not obtaining the product I requested. I really hope they obtain material together and never pull their individual existence to their company. Its not awesome.
