Paid for Customized Football Helmet and Never Received

On May 15 I bought a personalized soccer mini helmet from Fantasy Sports Manufacturer through their site www.fantasysportsfactory.com / I settled via Paypal and obtained a bill for my purchase and a contact in the organization that it'd consider 4-6 months for shipping. After waiting over 6 weeks I attempted to get hold of the vendor via mail on July 13 to confirm the standing of my purchase. After no preliminary reaction I approached Pay-Pal on July 20 to set up a challenge state. On July 23 I obtained a contact from Marty Beets the helmet was still being created which it'd be shipped "early July". On August 15 I sent that vendor again to become updated about the standing of my purchase. I received no reaction to this mail and on August 20 I approached the Greater Business Institution and NJ Consumer Affairs Department. The corporation doesn't have company having their site however up!!!
