3G network issues not resolved after a week

The 3G community began providing difficulty yesterday. I emailed customer services. I did so anything they explained to complete and lost about 200MB information but nonetheless no remedy! They sent me and explained they'll record it to Community Division and follow-up on Friday. It's today Mon! No-follow up and also the problem continues to be not solved! What's keeping me from purchasing an MTN sim-card at this time. And also the problem is likely to be solved. As well as after I called in after I attempt to clarify what's occurring the try to persuade me that it's no problem and also the issue is my device.
