Wrongful debits on my account

About the 30th of January I observed a money purchase of R 1672.90 from Vodacom. I subsequently named them to discover why they debited my consideration when I don't and also have never had a deal. I had been advised I've a deal that we exposed in December. It was a shock, I recommended them-it was scam then coz I never utilized. I sent an affidavit, a duplicate of identification with my declaration for analysis as required. Following a morning or two, a girl from the title of Sandy named me and stated she was from Vodacom scam which she's examining. She offered me her cell phone number, that will be no longer working, to contact her must I have to follow-up. Our heart was comfortable that was not for extended. After realizing a money purchase on my consideration about the 19th of Feb. I named Vodacom to discover how far they're? To my shock, I had been informed there's nothing under my title, they don't understand any Exotic and there's no notice about the program stating something about fraud division examining the problem which my so-called agreement was in debts. I suppose u likely to charge me again, place my consideration in debt. U ruining my credit account, I've outstanding due to you and you'll purchase the fines I sustained.
