Unable and unwilling to block unknown calls

Our telephone has been spammed by calls from unfamiliar numbers and Vodacom is 'not able to keep an eye on the numbers of incoming calls to my quantity and we're not able to stop calls of unfamiliar figures. The only real choice would be to record the problem towards the authorities or prevent the amount knowing it'. Exactly what a weight of bull.

I'll report this towards the authorities since Vodacom is breaking my solitude. I'm ashamed by your perspective of not providing a heck of what goes on IN YOUR community or customers.

So please help me or I'll take actions against you. I am truly an unhappy client at this time.
