Doesnt honor their return policy

I purchased a cable converter box in sept.

I returned it oct 15.

I had to write and call at least 2 dozen times for my refund, as well as get the ohio attorneygenerals office involved.

There is a 20% restocking fee. I paid $ 230 for my purchase.

I finally received a refund of $ 156 today dec 21. My refund should have been for $184 with the 20 % restocking fee.

So i guess i will be fighting again for my refund. And 1 more thing they dont answer your phone messages and dont answer your emails eithe
