Info Net Products Company does not honor return/refund policy

I ordered a cable box from this company after they told me it should work with my cable system and I could return it for any reason if not satisfied. After receiving the box, it was ultimately determined the box was not compatible with my cable system. I returned the box in December, over two months ago, and have been trying to get a refund ever since. The company does not respond to emails, voice mail messages, and the woman that answer the phones appear to be just receptionists that can't answer any questions. They told me they have no way to contact the owners of the company. So this is clearly not a reputable company, do not order fro them.
