I ordered the Euro Pro in December; it did not work as expected, so I returned it (via the Post Office) on January 5. I got a Delivery Confirmation Code from the post office at this time, so I could check and make sure the product (the Shark VX3) was received when I shipped it. I called the U.S. Postal service (today) and received confirmation that the product was received on January 11. I decided to call Shark, as I had just been charged (again) the 29.95 fee (I had opted for the 4 month payment plan) on February 9. I spoke with two different people (neither of whom I could really understand, as English was not their first language) before finally getting a supervisor. The supervisor (who also spoke broken English) would not give me a straight answer as to when I could expect my refund. First, I was told 7-10 business days from the date the warehouse had received my return, which, according to them, was January 18. When I pointed out that it was already 7-10 business days past this date, I was told it "takes some time" and that I would have my refund 7-10 business days from today (which would be on February 25). I asked why it would take 7-10 business days from today, as I had returned the product some time ago (why would today's date have any significance as to when I could expect a return?). The supervisor kept repeating the same phrase over and over again (not actually answering my question), as thought she was reading from a sheet of some sort. "I am sorry for the inconvenience, ma'am, but you can expect your refund in 7-10 business days." She repeated this 4 or 5 times. I finally stated that if I did not receive my refund by the quoted date of February 25 (which is ridiculous anyway), and if they continued to charge my account, I would seek legal action. DO NOT BUY from these people.
