No phone service in Lake and Sumter County Florida and it was reported to company and they have no alternative's to situation and say that is well within their contract.
Reported dropped calls and no calls for over a year.
T Mobile is supposed to have the best customer service of any of the cell phone providers yet they offer no help with problem, except that they will try to fix problem in the future; where does that leave you when you have no cell service?
