Coach-Net
Breach of Service Contract

Shops, Products, Services

I have a 5 year extended warranty contract with Coach-Net, a RV warranty company. My air conditioner unit on my 5th wheel doesn't work. I called Coach Net and was told I would have to take it into a service garage. I explained that I could not take it in and needed a mobile service company to come to my location. We are working as Camp Hosts in Utah. They refused and said it cost to much money for a mobile repair.in my service contract, it indicated that they will pay for parts, labor and pay UP TO $75.00 for a service call on items that would be covered. So it is my understanding that if they pay for a service fee of up to $75.00 that I would pay for anything over that amount. Ergo a mobile service.
