They sold me a video camera that cannot be used

I purchased a Vado video camera and received a package that did not include a USB cable. Without this cable, you cannot charge the battery so the unit is completely useless. This cable is also required to download all video to a PC that you can't take because the battery is dead and you cannot recharge it. I have gone back and forth with their Customer Service (misnomer) only to have them tell me now that the camera does not come with this little item despite the fact that it is included in the product description. This is after a ridiculous runaround where they had me explain the same problem to three different departments. Avoid this company like the plague!
