Musical instrument department clerk bullied my 11 yr old son

VERY disgusted with a "clerk" in the musical instruments department. My 11 year old son was bullied by this boy, I was so mad I didn't get his name, with a bad haircut with bleach spots. Tuesday afternoon (6/15) around 1 P.M. This clerk wouldn't let my son test the drum sticks on an electronic drum set. O'kay, fine, but then he flat out lied to me and his boss, essentially calling us (would be cash spending customers) liars: (1) he said there wasn't any sticks available, he was playing with 1 set clicking them together (and there are at least 2 sets), (2) that a girl was already playing with them, when she got them after my son asked for them, (3) that there is a policy because two or more people drumming makes too much noise (these are electronic drums with volume controls, when my son asked no one was playing, plus the store was nearly empty, if the clerk doesn't like the noise seems like he's working at the wrong place.) When my son left the department the clerk very rudely said, "bye!" Then when I was talking to a manager he inserted himself into the conversation to defend himself again with lies. I had to solicit an apology which he quickly followed by "... But" which renders that apology as useless as he is and I quickly left the store, before losing my temper any further. I spoke to two managers, again I regret not getting names, but I am far from satisfied. I will tell anyone who listens to me, and I do know several professional musicians and DJs, to spend their money elsewhere. I do not want a "gift certificate" or any money; all I want is a decent apology and decent customer service. I am a real person with real money to spend, but NOT at Best Buy.
