My airsecure 1200 unit started making a "ping" noise after only 2 months. I talked to cust. Support (jennifer) who said the bulbs need replaced and would cost 39.99. I feel they should replace it for free since I only had it 2 months. Jennifer said the bulbs last for 6 months to a year and I must have gotten a unit with bad bulbs. All the reason to give me new ones right? Jennifer took a hard line attitude and said no.
