Promised Fed-Ex Driver Discount Never Applied, Then $175 Cancellation Fee

Bought an Aircard for my computer at a verizon store in Battle Creek, Michigan.

Was told Fed-Ex drivers got the best-45% discount, paid first months bill which did not reflect discount, was told it was gonna be on next bill, Nope it wasn't then either stopped using card was told by Verizon we Sorry but it's after 30 days and it will cost 175.00 to turn off service, They admitted to misleading me Twice but didn't care, it was to bad, tough luck, it's going on my credit report unless I pay well I've told Fed-Ex and will continue to enlighten everyone I can
