Delivery of scratched and dented refrigerato

On 5/3/10 a delivery of a refrigerator was done to our home. The factory is found in Kingston NH and we can not think the gross neglect obtained by these folks. The deliverymen exposed the container and also the fridge had many dents and scores about the gates and addresses. These needed to be observed from the factory employees whilst the item was re-boxed for shipping. Personally I think that some type of payment for my difficulty (something special card or free for shipping could be good). Apologies aren't great shouldn't have occurred in first place.
