Damage during delivery to home!

I bought a brand new Kenmore fridge from Sears that was shipped on 22-26-07. The shipping business movers were rude and didn't speak Language and so I couldn't let them know to "please quit!" They gouged and crawled the color off my recently decorated top landing, muddied the rug, and gouged and scratched my new home wood once they didn't make use of a dolly on-wheels; They pulled the refrigerator over the family room and home towards the far-side home window. Then they repeated this course of action to get rid of my old refrigerator.

The brand new refrigerator was dirty! As though it'd been resting outside within the North Park October wildfires. It'd numerous little scratches throughout it and ballpoint pen marks. It had been likewise lacking the milk doorway towards the milk portion of the refrigerator.

Adam Churchin of Sears declined to pay for to correct the problems done to my house and despite calling the client service-center every 14 days I've not obtained a brand new, operating, unchanged milk door.

(In January, they did deliver me a milk doorway which came damaged because it was delivered in a container without any support/bubblewrap).

Sears has explained when I would like to have my money returned I should return the fridge. Nevertheless, they're not likely to purchase a pick up or are they likely to return my previous refrigerator in my experience. Our previous refrigerator was functioning good - I simply needed an update.

1.) Do not buy devices from Sears because they market imperfect product that's damaged or lost components; use third party companies for delivery who do not speak English; and certainly will not restore or pay you for problems done to your house throughout the shipping.

2.) Have a movie of one's house - the surfaces, surfaces, equipment you're having eliminated etc. Prior to the deliverymen appear therefore if any harm is performed you've visible evidence.
