Russell Mangalindan, and Carl We were sold 2 expensive phones under false pretenses that we would have service in our new city

My fiance and I went into Quest-Comm on Beach Blvd.in Jacksonville, Florida. We advised the store manager and another employee that we would be moving from Jacksonville to Indianapolis, IN and wanted to make sure we would have full service there. I.E. Gps, internet, picture messaging, and email.

Once we got to Indiana, the lies became very apparent. The only thing on our phones that worked were phone calls (half the time due to bad reception) and text messages that sent and received the same message twice. We spent over two weeks dealing with customer service and the store, only to get the run around, excuses, and more lies.

Customer service was not willing to help us, and we couldn't get any information for the district manager from anyone. They pretty much told us we were out the money, and there was nothing we could do about it. We spent over $500 on phones to access the features listed above, only they don't work here. We were lied to just so they could make a sale.

I then asked the store manager for his district manager's email address and phone number. He proceeded to give me an email address, and told me the R stood for Ronald. I wrote the email address I was given thinking it was the district manager, only to find out it was the store manager's email address, so I wouldn't be able to go above his head!

I STRONGLY recommend you think twice before going with Metro POS. You will get ripped off.
