Gregory Samuels sold me a phone with a defect, and lied to me every day since i got the phone sending me other places and giving the run around and wont return the expensive phone

Phones and Accesories sold me the motorola backflip at retail price, on the first day of owning the device i found that the screen had dots all over it after minimal use. I then went back to the store to try to get it returned, the guy at the counter took out the battery and put it back in and gave me a at@t customer service number to call. I called it and they told me to return the phone at the store i bought it, i went in there and they tried to send me to another store, this sounded fishy so i called the customer service number again and they called the store to find out what was up. They told her the same thing that this is where they send all customers. So i ended up driving an hour to the store only to find out i was lied to so i went immidiatly back to the store and told them i was not very happy with them and they needed to return my money. The person at the counter said he was new and his manager wasnt there and he couldnt get ahold of him on the phone, so i resolved to hav him leave the manager a note and i would return the next day when i was promised to have the issue resolved. No dice. I have been back every day and gotten the run around, he was going to replace it but the phone is on back order (another lie). The coustomer service people with they gave me the number told me to go back to the store and ask for my money citing the buyers remorse, the manager told me that the customer people arent in charge of his store so he doesnt have to listen to them. I dont know what to do. Worst customer service i have ever seen, lies and lies and lies.
