Horrible CS. I spent over 3 hours trying to get my new phones working. Bought 2 calibers spect 650 @ pcs store... They had to port my old Tmobile number over. Supposed to take 24 hrs (aS PER FCC) nope. I called, 4x. Different CS each time. & dumb. Not even familiar with the phones. I told them I want the Manager of CS. They Refused to give me name or number... Against rules... Got nothing but the run around... Worst CS Ihave ever had. I am following up with contacting PCS HQ. CS would notgive me tha number. Said I could only reach the PO box
