Giving out used phones instead of brand new

Do not support Verizon! When I ordered a new phone online for myself and one for my husband, they gave me a used phone. My husband received a brand new one. I could tell that mine was used because the accessories in the box weren't packaged the same way as my husbands. Everything was just put into the box. Second, the tape of the box that held my phone was all wrinkled and there was a hair stuck to it. Third, the rubber protector on the side of my phone that protects the USB opening was loose. And finally, the screen on my phone would blank out, go completely dark and no matter how much I fiddled with the keys and touch screen, the screen would stay black. I sent my phone back and it was a good thing that I called to see the status. These A*H* didn't even bother to replace my phone. I had to tell them to send me a new one! I am so fed up with Verizon. As soon as my contract ends, it's GOODBYE!!!
