Verizon wireless phone screen protecto

I have been a verizon customer for a few years always had wonderful customer, recently went to a store with the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Employees were very rude, went there to have a screen protector for my phone, bought the screen protectors there and asked if they could please put one on my phone, they ruined one then said they could not put them on and refused to give the rest of them back to me (package of three) had to go a different store buy some more and that store was very nice and put it on for me. I will never go back to that store again! Have to go out of my way as that store is the closest one to where I live.
