Direct TV rips you off when making service calls. The service technician told me that it was free to move the satellite receiver to another room if it was a standard change. It would cost $49.99 as a custom change to go through the attic. I agreed to the standard charge at no cost. Direct TV still charged me $49.99 for the standard charge. I spoke with them on 3/30/10 and at first they agreed to reverse the charges and than they told me that they would not and offered me Showtime for 3 months. Before having Direct TV come out make sure you know if it is a standard or custom charge because they will not give you your money back!!!
