Direct TV Rips You Off on Service Calls

Direct TV rips you off when making service calls. The service technician told me that it was free to move the satellite reciever to another room if it was a standard change. It would cost $49.99 as a custom change to go through the attic. I agreed to the standard charge at no cost. Direct TV still charged me $49.99 for the standard charge. I spoke with them on 3/30/10 and at first they agreed to reverse the charges and than they told me that they would not and offered me Showtime for 3 months. Before having Direct TV come out make sure you know if it is a standard or custom charge because they will not give you your money back!!!
