Bought an upgraded mobile phone battery on 1/28. Received product on 2/4/10 Immediately sent item back in original pacgaging-UNOPENED. I've usps tracking # that pkg. Was received on 2/10. CELLXPO will not return my cost, and declines mail conversation.
