Product unacceptable and won't issue refund

I buy the product online after purchasing an example. Once the item came the first PERIOD it had been obviously not completed correctly. After numerous emails and telephone calls who owns the organization accepted the product hadn't been completed properly and he agreed to get item, vessel back to Florida, upgrade properly and ship back. This set my building schedule behind by 14 days.

Upon receiving the merchandise for that 2ND period it's still not appropriate. Even though leader of the organization, Steve Barron, guaranteed that I'd be 100% pleased I truly am not and also the company will not get back the undesirable item and problem a return. I'm not able to make use of this item on my home the shades are therefore removed from the initial test. Consumer beware! Don't purchase out of this organization. You'll not be 100% happy and you'll not get your cash back if you should be unhappy.
