Delivered damaged headset

Was delivered the Z9i blueAnt headset. The headset was employed and damaged. I informed cellxpo this, they believed to deliver it towards the warrantee co. BlueAnt Instant in Cal. At my cost, The warrantee company. Said they don't take any results from cellxpo, simply because they just offer applied and damaged items, plus they are only a rip-off vendor.

I sent cellxpo, and informed them exactly what the warrantee company. Said. Customer support mentioned, it is no further under warrantee, despite the fact that it promotes a-2 year. Warrantee, I requested the headset being an xmas present, offered it-my boy Dec. 25. Xmas... Had it 30 days, before he popped it on christmas. Customer support stated it is quarry today...
