Printer ink fraud

I'm an American residing in Europe, and that I have an HP Photosmart C4480 printer. On a holiday to America last September, I bought ink cartridges for this printer. I'm today in the point-of with them. Plus they don't function! The package claims the printer is for my printer design about the bundle. I approached horsepower plus they stated that I must-buy printer in Europe. But NOWHERE about the printer bundle does it state this!!! Today they'll not return my cash, and that I am caught purchasing more printer in Europe in a 40% higher cost. They'll not return the cash I settled in america.

Hewlett Packard is doing false marketing once they state that an item works on the particular printer if actually it doesn't.

There's no justification for this POOR business training. I encourage everybody not to purchase from HP again. They'll not recognize their item.
