Vizio / 52" P50 HDM
Said that my warranty expired and there was nothing they can do

After ~2 decades, my 52" Lcd went having a loud boom. I named Vizio customer care and undoubtedly my warrenty expired and was informed there is nothing they are able to do. I had been advised to locate a T.V. Fix individual in my own region. I had been ashamed and named Cosco (where I bought it). These were very useful and explained it was an extremely typical criticism about that design which Vizio might increase the warrenty. They named Vizio straight with me about the telephone to ensure I had been looked after. Vizio required all my data and stated I'd be approached "briefly" with a specialist. I waited 5 days without any contact and so I named Vizio back and was informed it'd be considered a couple more times. I waited 3 more times but still nothing and so I named again and was informed the specialist could be obtaining the required component 24 hours later and could be calling me. Again, nothing and so I named again which period was informed to contact ITI fix (that we imagine who they associate with for my region?) myself. I did so so-and was informed a specialist might contact that same-day. You know what? No-call. And so I named all over again and was informed the component which was requested for me personally was stolen or vanished so that they would need to re order the component and somebody might contact me in a couple of days. ENOUGH!!! I eventually named Cosco back and questioned easily could return the bit of garbage and was told I really could. Despite the fact that I loved my Vizio when it worked, I'll never purchase another Vizio item. I intend to return my T.V. And purchase a totally unique design from anybody apart from Vizio.
