Our HP Print Excalation Executive ase Manager called today for the for the 4th time today. HP wanted for the 7th time to uninstall/reinstall the Photosmart 7520 printer to see if it would install properly. Yesterday he informed me he would have a technician beside him when he called to trouble shoot today. There was no technician with him to trouble shoot the issues. They will call back tomorrow when a technician is avaible to trouble shoot. Printer technicians escalated the case 8/28 and again 9/17. We first heard from the escalation team 9/18. This replacement reconditioned HP Photosmart 7510 printer HP sent us was installed by HP technicians 7/30. At least 6 phone calls to tech support installing and reinstalling the printer have been made with no success getting the printer to work. Without a printer now over several week, does this seem right and fair to you?
