This totally sucks

We have had our HP Photosmart 6150 within our office at home for quite some time and overall have now been happy withit. Nevertheless, yesterday we'd a document jam, which my partner attempted to clear. A little bit of the document took down and there is no method to entry where the document fragment is. I spoke towards the technology at our regional HP approved service-center simply to discover they can't support our printer. Today since itis out-of guarantee, we've to deliver it to horsepower at our cost, purchase them to consider it aside and take away the document fragment, then purchase it to be delivered to us. Plus we are without our printer for months. Therefore we are caught investing in a new printer, since 1) we CAn't be without our printer and 2) the price of delivery & fix makes it-not economical.

Why do producers create items that CAn't be maintained? Why do we've to visit the cost of the new printer all due to a document jam?!?!? This completely sucks.
