I find that the management especially Rob Shulte lets many higher ranked employees such as the front end supervisor break many company policies and does nothing about it. Personal relationships and parting with associates at private gatherings should be terms for termination. Yet the good employees who ask for any help during hardships get no help or leanance. Since when is this acceptable? Something needs to be done before this becomes something many of my fellow workers will be willing to sign papers on to correct the way many of us are treated. It is not ok for the rest of us to do what is right when management does not follow the rules. Especially when our jobs are on the line for identical reasons they seem to be able to get aronud. Family issues included. Special treatment should not be tolerated. This needs to be looked into as soon as possible. Managers dating employees is another concern. Rudy Ramirez one example. How do they get away with this? Yet us who make less than 1200 a month cant get any help or respect when such good employees deserve management to be there to help them out. Much more can be said, I have a higher college education than most supervisors and work very hard. When will home depot finally understand that you need to investigate your managers and youll find out how many others are much more deserving and honest to hold those positions than the ones you have now.
