Still on hold!

I purchased a StraightTalk telephone Jan. 25th. Our telephone number was suppose to become "ported" from my Trac Telephone which irroniclly is their organization! I'd to hold back 3 times to actually get support, and when I did so, I just had it to get a week. It quit focusing on a Friday, and that I was told by Phillipe, Julio, and Juan " please enable us 24 to 48-hours to repair this" FOR 5 TIMES THAT'S ALL I HAD BEEN TOLD! The kicker is I've today bought 3-$45 cards hoping this could be set. Guy was I actually wrong! It's day 6 and 1:30pm my period - I've been on-hold since 8 am and disconnected 4 occasions BUT STILL nothing! I'm to the stage where I'm likely to go beyond my telephone and place it in a Valentines Day card and deliver it for them with-love! It was suppose to become cheaper than trac-Telephone and far greater, but all its been is acurse! I don't recommend this phone to everyone! Not really my worse enemy
