I acquired a straighttalk phone-in february had no issues incorporating moments after I only got a prepaid straighttalk card. After I attempted to obtain moments having a charge card there all a was a mistake information for my consideration plus they immediately turn off my telephone and stated it'd consider 24 to 48-hours to repair. Therefore friday comes and also the telephone continues to be no longer working i contact and let them know this also occurred to my fiances telephone but he was not likely to document a criticism. And so I told them this mistake wasn't on my finish which i least deserve a weeks support free. I spent hours about the telephone looking to get this resolved and it is still not solved. I named there corporate workplace plus they tol me they'd contact me within 48-hours and not got a telephone call back named again recently but still no-return telephone call.
