To begin with I would like to say I suggested Straighttalk to all my family and friends so far. My partner purchased a higher finish Straighttalk Telephone (NOKIA E71) it had been therefore complex he chose to obtain a unique telephone. We were likely to allow my daughter possess the NOKIA. We've been attempting to trigger together with her aged Straighttalk # to get a week today to no avail. I've been about the telephone using the customer support every single day two to three hours at the same time. They've delivered us 3 different sim-cards. They switched off her previous telephone and he or she continues to be with no telephone for 5 times today. Each time you contact you've to-go thru exactly the same answers again. Apparently they don't have use of any preceding steps about the consideration. I eventually quit and informed them to simply change her previous telephone back on plus they held me about the telephone another time after which explained they'd need to deliver another sim-card to achieve that. I told them her previous telephone doesn't possess a simcard. They stated I'd need to place a brand new sim-card within the new telephone to show the outdated telephone back on. WHaT??? There's no body who are able to assist you. I asked if c.S. Is in america and he or she explained No. I stated no surprise you cant get something accomplished. What's incorrect with hiring people within the united states? Therefore we now have 2 telephones we can not use and he or she had only purchased a brand new support card and we've dropped that also.
