Phone drops incoming calls

About 4 weeks before I went from Tracfone to Straighttalk, that will be exactly the same organization. I bought the LG 290CM telephone, that has switches about the attributes and that Iam permanently accidentally pressing them when I obtain the phone from the situation, which sux. Our significant problem is the fact that 99% of incoming calls remove after about 30 seconds. I have named numerous occasions to downtown Calcutta or where-ever it's after lengthy amounts of time on-hold and than there is the language barrier. I will never obtain a primary solution if my issue may be the supplier or even the telephone. He or she usually "reprograms" my telephone which fails. I had been requested to notice what companies the disconnected callers use, and actually my two main callers are with Verizon, and its own my comprehension Straighttalk uses Verizon towers. Evidently there'snot anyhow to get hold of Straighttalk except through the Mid-East. I actually approached LG, which recommended I contact the supplier. I may spot the phone call and speak all day long and that I've started overlooking the obtained calls and I contact them back. Which sux probably the most; telephone, service supplier, or customer support?
