Kept charging random charges to my credit card after month 2

Purchased cricut expression for the 6 payments of 57.00. After the first payment of 57.00 I was charged 20.99 and 80.00 even... Then 3 days later they charged an additional 57.00 in charges for the monthly charge. I called and spoke with a supervisor and they had to review in accounting and then said they couldnt refund my money but would credit my account for the remainder of my balance. She stated she put me on manual billing and would not bill me the month of january as I only owed them 60.00 and would charge me in february.in January I was charged an additional 20.99 AND 90.00! I have called 3 times never gotten calls back from supervisors and they are rude and not helpful. No one can seam the resolve the issue. The only way I can think of resloving the issue is canceling my charge card and ordering another card with a different number.in reality I only owe them 15.00 which the amount was supposed to be extended for 6 months and it turned into 3 months.
