J.C. Penneys Fun Family Rewards
Fraudulent Charges on my Credit Card—SB Fun Family Rewards - $9.95

I have noticed a charge of $9.95 on my visa for the last several months. As my husband was doing the accounting and ask me what it was, I did not know. When I looked it up on the account it said SB *Fun Family Rewards - $9.95. Since neither of us knew what this was, I looked it up on line and found out that I was being charged this amount each month for something I have never signed up for or received anything from. J.C. Penney's has my credit card information because I occasionally order on line, but did not authorize this use of my credit card information. J.C. Penney's is illegally using my credit card information for their own designs. I will be calling J.C. Penney's shortly to complain and I will definitely be canceling and asking for a refund of all the illegal charges made on my credit card. I will also be looking back to see how far back they have been charging my account.

I hope a class action can be filed for this illegal acitivity.
