My spouse and that I equally bought straighttalk telephones from Walmart, she bought hers first and miine was per month later, my telephone ceased operating after 3 months, I got it back again to Walmart plus they traded it without any issue. 24 hours later my wifes support on her behalf phone was stopped, we named straighttalk and was informed that people had a need to send the reciept for that air-card that people bought combined with the sequential number and IME for that telephone. I got all this data back again to Walmart in desire they could be ready to assist understand this telephone back online, we could send the data that STREET required and we went house convinced that the problem was solved, a day later I named them-and they stated that they received the fax plus they needed to exchange it towards the corporate practices and that I must have a response within 24 to 48-hours, nicely after three-day i still didnt have support or perhaps a reaction, I named SAINT back and after 1-hour on The telephone they stated that I didnt fax in a bar-code tag in the container for that telephone which was bought for my spouse almost 2 weeks before. I simply quit seeking and needed to purchace another air-time card for that month and place fresh moments on my wifes phone. Right Speaks customer support is horrible, should you contact having a issue be prepared to be about the telephone for just two hours and dont be prepared to keep in touch with anyone that may talk english perfectly.
