Not honoring service card purchased at Walmart

Bought new phone and support Card got home and attempted to trigger new phone and support card utilizing same phone number which was on his previous SraightTalk telephone. Icalled they strarted to trigger but I really could not keep in touch with anybody about same telephone number thus hung-up called back again to keep in touch with someone and he or she explained to maintain the exact same telephone number I'd shed my $30-card simply because they triggered it currently it stated about the saving it'd not be triggered easily didn't contact some quantity i put the telephone up and named to talk to somebody. It doent seem sensible that im just-out $30. If my spouse didn't utilize it like a function quantity I'd stop both telephones in one minute.
