Scam asking me to receive a check and send back a commission

This is an email i received. These emails are in reverse order from how i received them. I think it is bogus. Read them and see what you think. Used fax number 206-888-2700 as a contact.

Kindly forward the following information:

Bank name
Account information (Name, routing number etc)
Bank contact numbers (Account manager`s contact etc)
Your full address
Your contact telephone number (s)

I need these information to enable my bank expedite the payment
transfer into your account. How soon would you be able to raise an
invoice for the said amount? I need the invoice to process all the
paper work on my side. Please forward bank details requested above and
also confirm you are able to guarantee delivery of items within the
time frame (90-120 days) you have given me.

Gary,

I am glad we have reached an agreement on this order. However, i
secured this contract with the intention of maximizing my profit
considering the administration expenses which i have to pay for
including freight charges. Would you be able to issue an invoice for
$329,890 for this order?

A cheque for $329,890 has been made out for this contract by my client
based on my revised quotation.

800 E-GF-8056 @ $330.00 each = $264,000
370 E-LCM1950 @ $125.00 each = $46,250

Total would be $310,250 excluding fright charges of $19,640. Should
you agree to make out an invoice for the requested amount, the cheque
would be sent to you. All i request is for you to pay in $63,610 into
my bank account and remit $19,640 to the fright agent once you confirm
payment.

Gary, i am a business man and in these hard economic climate, i try my
best to maximize profit where ever i can. Should you decide to take my
offer, i am sure we will do more business in the future as i have
secured more contracts under the education frame work in Sidra, Qatar
and Abu Dhabi. Also, is your 90-120 delivery period guaranteed?

From your quotation, total sum would be $251,051.50.

I. E 800 E-GF-8056 @ $279.95 each = $223,320
370 E-LCM1950 @ 74.95 each = $2,7731.50

However, would you be wiling to sell your E-GF-8056 @ $273 each and
your E-LCM1950 @ $72 each?

Total would be $220,000 $26640 = $246,640.

I have secured allot of contract under the education from work for
various clients, as such there is much potential for future orders
should we agree on a reasonable price for this order. Can we work with
this price?
