Black Tie Cell Phone Protection Misdescribed, Loaner Required $150 Deposit

I purchased a cellular phone at Best Buy store & was told about their Black tie protection for cell phones. The sales person told me that their protection service was better than Sprint's reason that if I was to accidentally damage my phone just to bring it in to any Best Buy store and if they could not fix it they would replace it with the same phone if phone was not available they would replace it with another phone with the same value that I paid. I purchased the protection plan for $9.99 a month for a year. ($119.88 when it's all said & done)

I accidentally dropped my phone & cracked the screen so I took it in to Best Buy store and was told that it would take 4-5 weeks for them to see if they could fix it. So I asked what do I do in the mean time they told me that they have loaner phones that they have but I needed to leave a $150.00 deposit. I was never told about the time it would take & I needed a deposit for the loaner phone nor was it described on the brochure that was stapled to my receipt.
