Withdrawing Money Without Permission And Screwing Us

Ok, so we bought a mobile for me i was ver proud of it untill i racked up a charge we asked them why there wasnt a limit and they replied that they ahd told us and of course this was news to us as they had said nothing about a limit and said that the phone stops working When i use all my Minutes And Texts.
When the bill came it it said 210 so mum phoned them and said she couldnt pay that at once so they set up a deal that every month my mum pay's 30 but they have to contact her buton the 8/12/09 they took 240 Instead of 210 they then tried to take out a further 100 but luckly my mum closed the direct debit they have now charged us for 2 month's worth and have removed my service as it wont allow them to take money out.
Another problem is that we own a landline we keep it unplugged that is unless we call a cab when we got the bill it stated all of these phone numbers we havent rung making our bhills go higher and higher.
