Truly a a Ripp Off

My husband has service with Virgin Mobile right, he has the plan for 59.99 so one day I use my card to add 10.00 worth of minutes to his phone, they ask if I want to save this card to the account or is it a one time use and I checked one time use, The next month my card was charged 73.00 when I called Virgin Mobile they informed me that because he had a plan with mobile to mobile that a card had to be saved to the account since my card was the only card they had on file they opted to use mine.

Well I disputed the charge with my bank and I was refunded then they gave us this crap about I told them the charge was unauthorized so I had to prove that he hadn't stolen the card and to prove this I had to fax in a copy of the card and my DL and a recent bill. So I call my bank for them to make a note on the account why I was faxing this information so Virgin Mobile couldn't use it against me.

A day later service was restored. Now here we a go a month later his service is suspended right after he puts 59.99 on the phone saying that my bank sent them a letter requesting that they suspend service and that only the bank can get them to release the suspension. I call the bank no such letter was sent mind you when I asked the rep when was the letter received she tells me it was received today on a Sunday. HMMMM seem a little strange I didn't know US postal service runs on Sunday and at that a month after the fact when I tried to get a refund for the money he just put on the phone they say he's already used some of the money so we're just out of 50.00 if we don't use it in 30 days. I would suggest that everyone go with At&t to go phone.

Virgin Mobile is just not worth the headache. Just to talk to customer service I had to go through a bunch of hoops and then they kept hanging up.
